3 EVENT INFORATION Opening Times Exhibition open to exhibitors from 9.30am Exhibition open to delegates from 10.00am Closing Times All exhibitors and delegates must vacate the venue by 7.00pm once the drinks reception has come to a close. Delegate Passes An E-ticket will be ed to all attendees two weeks prior to the event. If you do not receive your E-ticket please call +44(0) Please bring either a printed or electronic version of the E-ticket to the venue on the day of the event. Cloakroom There is a free of charge cloakroom on site for all your personal belongings. Please ensure all items have been collected before 7.00pm to avoid loss or damage. WiFi There will be free of charge WiFi for all attendees. Login details will be available throughout the venue and at the registration desk. If you experience any issues logging in, please contact a member of staff. Refreshments Free barista tea and coffees will be available throughout the day from the refreshment area or by table service. Lunch A nutritional, free of charge lunch will be served from 12.00pm from the central refreshment areas. 5 EXHIBITION SPACE Branding Your company logo will appear on a 1200mm x 740mm sign (pelmet) on your stand. Please note: To preserve the level playing field ethos of Completely Retail arketplace and to prevent damage to the shell scheme, we politely request that exhibitors do not stick additional graphics to the stand walls. Exhibitors are asked to keep all marketing material on their table(s) or on the literature stand which is provided. Roller Banners Exhibitors are allowed to bring one branded advertisement roller banner (sized 2m x 1m). Which must be kept within the exhibition stand. WiFi Will be provided free of charge to all Exhibitors. Login details will be available throughout the venue and at the registration desk. Power Each stand will be fitted with a 30 amp power socket (suitable for charging / powering mobile phones and laptops) Lighting Each stand will be fitted with 2 x 500w spotlights, which will be positioned above the company branded pelmet.
