5 Coneygar Farm Originally a small, single storey 1950s house which was greatly enlarged in 1998, Coneygar Farm is a detached, 2 storey house constructed of rendered and colourwashed walls under a slate roof and has been the family home of the present owners for 13 years. On the ground floor the front door opens to an entrance lobby with adjacent cloakroom and opens out to a large open-plan kitchen with separate dining and sitting areas. The kitchen is light and airy, with French windows opening out onto the larger of two terraces and is fitted with a range of timber fronted units under pink granite work surfaces and a 2 oven oil-fired AGA (green) with integrated electric 4-ring hob and oven.
