2 HUBER S CUSTOM BUILDING, INC Who is Huber s Custom Building, Inc. Our company is a small family business that has been building in the Seattle area for the past 35 years. We are a father-daughter team that builds, designs, and creates relationships with our customers, subcontractors, and neighbors. We believe in building homes that are efficient, livable, and something to be proud of. Its not all about a business; it s about our city, our neighbors, and giving back. We blend our services to not only create modern homes with character and detail for home buyers but also provide for those with no homes at all. Our success has allowed us to give a significant amount of our profits and skills to building homes in developing countries as well as building local shelters for Seattle homeless. Huber s Custom Building, Inc only does a few projects a year and we put pride and devotion into our design and details. Our goal is to provide a home that fully meets the needs of our customers in quality, functionality, and character. What will the units on Baker be like? These beautifully designed modern townhomes overlook Ballard and the Olympic mountains. There s a view from every unit on almost every floor! Each unit is unique and designed individually, all with timeless finishes. There are units ranging from 3-4 bedrooms and bathrooms with up to 2,000sqft. The layout variation lets you pick the unit that is right for your lifestyle. The top floor is the master bedroom level with a 5 piece master bath with a full tiled accent walls and line drains that create a very sleek design element. The kitchens have great light and have maximium cabinet storage. All the units have roof top decks with BBQ hook ups. No carpet in these homes! Walkscore of 76 and are in an easy convenient quiet neighborhood. Extra cars? Street parking is easy here. How much will they cost and how do I buy one? Since Huber s only does a few projects a year, it is important to us to let at least a couple of units hit the market on the MLS. We use this time to have people see our product and get feedback on what people want and what it s important. We take that information and add it into our next project. That being said, we don t release pricing very early.
