The complex comprises of the following units: Apartment Type A people (FAMILY HOUSE) The houses, Iridanos & Sirios, each have an area of 108m2. They feature a cozy living room and dining area, a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, and coffee maker. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a Jacuzzi-tub and a bedroom with two single beds. In the loft (attic), there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds. In addition, on the first floor there is an open room with two single beds. Furthermore, the house is equipped with air conditioning, telephone, complimentary cable internet and satellite TV. From your private patio you will have a view of the garden, the village of Archanes, and the Gulf of Heraklion. Apartment type B (SUPERIOR HOUSE) The houses, Cassiope & Orion, each have an area of 111m2. They feature a cozy living room and dining area, fireplace, and fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, and coffee maker. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with Jacuzzi-tub and a terrace. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the house is equipped with air conditioning, telephone, complimentary cable internet and satellite TV. From your private patio you will have a view of the garden, the village of Archanes and the Gulf of Heraklion. Apartment Type C people (SELECT HOUSE) The houses Vereniki(96m2), Pegasus(96m2), Andromeda(116m2) and Perseas(116m2), are unique for Elianthe where all the rooms are positioned on the same level. Going down some stairs you will meet the cozy living room and dining area - which includes a comfortable sofa bed, accommodating two additional persons -, a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, and coffee maker. There is also a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and two bedrooms with two single beds in each one. In the houses Andromeda & Perseas there is also a 2nd bathroom inside one of the bedrooms. Studio / Maisonette people (STUDIO HOUSE) The houses, Avgerinos & Aposperites, are each 57m2. They feature a cozy living room with a sofa bed which can accommodate one additional person. There is a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and hair dryer. An open staircase in the living room takes you to the upper where there is a bedroom with a double bed.
