The team manage the development process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Goodman also works closely with local councils and all levels of government to plan and construct its projects. Since July 2012, Goodman Queensland has proudly completed various projects in excess of 300,000 sqm. Customers include TNT, Yusen Logistics, Kmart, Amart Furniture and DB Schenker. 13 QUEENSLAND TESTIMONIALS+ TNT, Redbank Motorway Estate, Redbank, QLD TNT conducted a thorough search of Brisbane s industrial precincts for a suitable location for our new Queensland distribution centre and head office. As a leading freight company delivering thousands of parcels, documents and freight consignments across Queensland each day, it was important for us to select a property which has direct access to the motorway network. Redbank Motorway Estate provided direct, toll free access to the Ipswich Motorway with very short connections to both the Logan & Centenary Motorways. These connections provide a leading platform for fast, reliable deliveries to our customers. We also needed a developer who had a strong track record in planning, constructing and delivering automated facilities. Goodman has this experience, and with the assistance of the City of Ipswich we received a streamlined development approval and delivery of our building ahead of schedule. We entrusted Goodman to deliver our new 52,000 sqm Queensland distribution centre and they performed professionally, provided a smooth transition from our existing premises and delivered on programme. He is responsible for a stabilised portfolio of approximately $1.1 billion and a development project pipeline of over $700 million. Daniel has over 20 years experience in the commercial property sector and has developed over 600,000 square metres of new commercial and industrial properties for companies such as DHL, Raytheon, NRMA, TNT, Myer, Ryobi, Linfox, Miele, Ingram Micro, Pioneer and Goodyear worth in excess of $1.0 billion.
