A total of 352 car parking spaces including 18 disabled bays and 32 cycle parking spaces are provided for on the site, and circulation space surrounding the building with access to dock levellers on the north-western and south-eastern elevations; a security cabin (c.22sqm GFA), pump house (c.50sqm GFA), 2 sprinkler tanks (c.113sqm each GFA) and electricity substation (c.14.7sqm GFA); site and building lighting, internal and external boundary treatments, attenuation, landscaping including landscaped berm to the R445 regional road.
