The retrofitted church building will be flex for community space. RENOVATION OF ST. JAMES PARK The long-awaited $25 million renovation of St. James Park will include an outdoor pavilion. Improvements will include a border of Victorian gardens and new amenities such as a playground, fountain, dog park and picnic area. Phase One plans to include a pavilion. NEIGHBORHOOD OF 70 N.
