Floor area 6 sq. ft. or greater TROUSDALE ESTATES (--65) Spaces may be uncovered bedrooms or less 5 bedrooms 6 bedrooms or more Includes Bedrooms Within the Primary Dwelling and Any Accessory Structure. Definition of Bedroom (--) Any room, including a den or similar room, capable of being used as sleeping quarters in a customary manner. MULTIPLE DWELLINGS AND CONDOMINIUMS All parking facilities shall be provided within a structure on the same site as the building which contains the dwelling units served by the parking. Up to % of the total number of multiple-family dwelling units in a project can satisfy the parking requirements of this section through the use of tandem parking spaces. However, any interior alteration or interior enlargement of an existing structure or use, other than a dwelling, shall not require additional parking to be provided if the alteration or enlargement does not increase the total parking requirement for all uses in the structure by more than two () spaces above the amount of parking required for the entire structure on May, 97.
