2 Plan the perfect event with us. Whether you are hosting a business reception or a wedding, our dedicated staff will make your event one to remember. Accommodations Group rates are available, except from mid-june to mid-august, with a minimum three-night reservation per condo. Discounted rates are based on the size of the group and time of year. Condos and event space must be reserved with a 25% deposit and are available on a first option basis, we do not offer room blocks. Condo prices range from approximately $165- $540 per night. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (approximately 1500 sqft, sleeps 4-6) 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo (approximately 1850 sqft, sleeps 6-8) 3 bedroom plus media, 3.5 bath condo (approximately 2800 sqft, sleeps 8-12) There is a one-time cleaning and processing fee per condo. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo 3 bedroom plus media, 3.5 bath condo $ $ $242.10

4 Event Space We have two indoor, 7,000 square foot banquet halls and two outdoor venues with water views. When you book an outdoor venue, an indoor space is reserved at no extra cost. Our venue rental fee includes setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, linens and a suite for two nights. We do not host events or give group discounts during peak season, mid-june to mid-aug, or on major holiday weekends. Catering Cobalt Restaurant provides catering for all our events. Our renowned chefs use the freshest ingredients and distinctive talents to offer memorable experiences.
