The 7,500 SF of retail for lease in MDHA s garage will be branded the Avenue of The Arts Shops.

5 RETAIL AVAILABILITY DATE: The remaining 1,536 SF retail space is ready for delivery today. PROJECT LOCATION: The Avenue of The Arts Shops are ideally located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where over 13 million tourist and locals visit each year. The project is situated just 2.5 blocks north of the new 1.2M SF Music City Convention Center, and just 1.5 blocks north of Broadway Nashville s entertainment and tourist hub. The Avenue of The Arts Shops are also within view from Bridgestone Arena, which ranks second in the USA and fifth in the world for concert ticket sales. Along with tourist and visitor traffic, Nashville s daily workforce will reach over 63,000 workers daily by LOCATION OF RETAIL: All 7,500 SF of shop space faces 5th Avenue North and is accessible directly from the city sidewalk with multiple access points. Tenants may also access the retail space through a rear corridor, which connects to the dumpster area and elevator/stairwell. PARKING FOR RETAIL: The MDHA garage will include a total of 1,010 stalls managed by a third party parking management company, SP+ Parking. All parking for retail tenants, their employees or customers will be negotiated directly between the retail tenant and SP+ Parking.
