5 40% off How to Place Your Reservation To book your Sterling Resorts vacation and to obtain your 40% discount, you must book through Insider's Advantage by following the detailed steps listed below. 1. Visit Sterling Resorts online at Click the Locations link at the top of Sterling Resorts web page and enter your search criteria to view resort availability and costs. DO NOT BOOK YOUR VACATION ON THE STERLING RESORTS WEBSITE. If costs are not displayed online for your vacation rental of interest, please contact Stanisha Tucker at 2. Predetermine the cost of your Sterling Resorts vacation rental by following the directions provided on the Reservation Estimate Cost Worksheet. Upon receiving your completed Sterling Resorts Reservation Form, Insider s Advantage will confirm your reservation information with Sterling Resorts (normally within three business days of receipt). Please note that all reservation forms received prior to 2:00 p.m. Eastern time each business day will be submitted to Sterling Resorts that day. Reservation forms received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern time will be submitted to Sterling Resorts the following business day. 5. If all information submitted on your Sterling Resorts Reservation Form matches Sterling Resorts reservation information, your reservation will be BOOKED and CONFIRMED. Insider's Advantage will then proceed to charge your credit card for the discounted payment due to Insider s Advantage. An electronic receipt for the discounted portion paid to Insider s Advantage and Confirmation Letter will be ed to you from Insider's Advantage (after your credit card has been charged). If your reservation information does not completely match what is provided by Sterling Resorts (in terms of pricing, accommodations, etc.), or if your requested accommodations are not available, Insider's Advantage will contact you to discuss pricing discrepancies and/or alternative accommodation choices. 6. Some rentals require a minimum seven night stay. Discount shall be valid for the purchase of any level of accommodations (if available). Customers may apply the Insider s Advantage discount to a maximum of five (5) nights per individual condo unit per calendar year. Any additional nights exceeding the five night maximum shall be offered to the customer at a cash discounted rate of 10% less than the best available rate.
