Assemble a suitable construction outfit in compliance with regulations including; Architects, Quantity surveyors, Engineers, Contractors. Manage construction related risks related but not limited to; Workman s safety, Quality assurance and occupation safety, Genuine and high quality materials. Ensure full compliance to statutory regulations related to water connection, electrical connection and sewerage system. Project Financing You can enjoy flexible terms of payment ranging from cash and mortgaged payment through our partner bank financing. Cost of Construction; Initial deposit of 50%, Followed by a second installment of 40%, Final installment of 10% upon completion of the house. 7 FAQs What are the types of houses? We have 2 types of houses to choose from; Bungalows and Mansionettes. Mansionettes have the option of 3 or 4 bedrooms with Designated Servants Quarter. What is the size of the houses? The houses are quite spacious as indicated; House type Surface Area Bungalow 122m 2 3 Bedroom Maisonette plus DSQ 140m 2 4 Bedroom Maisonette plus DSQ 180m 2 Can I vary the house design to suit my specifications? Yes, you can customize the house to suit your preferences as long as it does not interfere with the facade of the house based on the designs. However, one will cater for extra costs related to the modified specifications. What if I have my own house design? There s provision to use your own house design as provided for in the sale agreement when purchasing the serviced plots. You only need to submit the plans for approval by Enkavilla architects. Mansionettes are limited to 1 floor. When are you launching this housing project? From our projections, we will start construction of the model house in October 2017 once approvals have been obtained. The same will be launched for clients who wish to construct. How long will you take to construct the houses? The estimated time is 18 Months. However, the period might vary as provided in the agreement based on specific circumstances.
