21 History CEDC acquired site January of 2008 Due to market conditions we were unable to move forward with for sale housing initially submitted an application for 16 forsale homes in September 2008 Considering the need in Piru we created a development proposal more consistent to the mission In 2012 CEDC completed demolition on the site because of long-standing community concerns, removal of an underground storage tank all of which addressed code compliance concerns. Submitted current proposed development application in 2012 bringing community home
