Euros prices are merely informative as they depend on the exchange rate at the booking date Payment Terms: Deposit of 20%, preferably deposited in account. The remaining 80% will be paid 45% at check-in. Prices do not include food. You can prepare meals at home, it has the necessary equipment. We also have an excellent restaurant in our resort. Conditions for rent: - We do not allow car stereo or any excess noise and we preserve privacy, serenity and well being of guests. - No pets allowed - The use of common barbecue area is exclusively for owners of the cottages. - Visits are not allowed - It is the responsibility of the guest all that is within the chalets or apartments. - Do not exceed the number of people per cottage: - Cottage 2 / 4 = 4 persons - Cottage 3 / 4 = 6 persons - Apt 1 / 4 = 2 persons - Apt 2 / 4 = 4 persons - For children up to 8 years, it is accepted one by cottage, beyond the normal capacity. In this case the accommodation of the child is the responsibility of the guest. - Upon arrival, please give a copy of your identity, names of caregivers, number of the board (s) cars (s) because the ordinance does not allow any unidentified people or cars. The deposit or bank transfer will sign a commitment to compliance with the duties and instructions cited here.

Zumbie is a small fishing town, very quiet that lies some 300 meters away from our condominiums, which are by the sea. There you can find general services (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.). Close to Zumbi you can visit the town of Touros, the mouth of Punaú, S. Miguel do Gostoso, and other parts of our northern shores, as Maracajau (the paradise of diving), etc..
