Sales Conditions Half-board comprises : dinner, bed and breakfast. If you have a special diet or if you suffer from an allergy, please tell us in advance. No discounts are available for meals not taken. Third person sharing a room will have a special price. Third and/or fourth persons sharing a suite will not have a special price. For any reservation, a deposit is required (40 % of the total amount). Any cancellation, reduction of the reservation or postponement of the dates would cause a loss of earnings to the hotel owner. Each party is by custom allowed the possibility of retraction, in which case compensation will be payable. Consequently, the above-mentioned deposit will be deducted from the total amount due on the final night of the stay as initially reserved. You can not benefit from Article L (the cooling off period is void). Cancellation of booking : in case of complete cancellation of a booking, the deposit is lost. Reduction or postponement of booking : compensation is payable up to the total value of the deposit. Complements City tax : 1,50 Euros / person / day (more than 18 years old) Animals can be accepted in a few of the rooms for an additional cost of 15 Euros / day.
