Beyond that safe neighborhood, spacious ros, plenty of storage, and attentive anageent. But its expensive, no utilities included. Washer/dryer onsite. The cplex is a 5- inute walk fr the train station, about a 15- inute walk fr a ajor shopping center, and about a 10- inute drive to downtown. Close to Grownowski Center, 101/87 fwys It is really affordable for the area, it is alost always quiet, the neighbors are nice and respectful, and the landlord and aintenance crew are professional and friendly. There are ultiple swiing pools which is great in suer. The priary drawback is that se of the anageent tea in the leasing office can be unfriendly or difficult to work with when you have issues. The aintenance staff is great though. It is pet- friendly. The location is about halfway between the clinic and the ain capus. It's also in a convenient location to various restaurants, Target, Trader Joe's, etc It is very close, cfortable and quiet. Also crazy expensive.
