3 INTRODUCTION The guesthouse is composed of 5 bedrooms and one studio at the campus of Villejuif, and 4 bedrooms at the campus of Thiais. All bedrooms are under the responsibility of the technical and logistic service of the delegation Paris-Villejuif. These ones are reserved to people visiting the laboratories of the campus. According to availabilities of the rooms, these ones can be made available to the delegation PARIS-VILLEJUIF or others laboratories of the district. ART-1 BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS For all reservation, a downlodable form is available at: This one must be signed by the Director of the host laboratory (or by an official representative of the administration having signature authority). And send the requests to the mails: Bertrand.couroble@cnrs.fr or Renaud.riva@cnrs.fr Reservations can be made on the day or month to a maximum of 3 months. Beyond this period, a renewal of only three months is possible subject of an exceptional request of the Director of laboratory. The laboratory shall ensure that the tenant has a liability insurance for the booking period. Booking cancellations must be made by the laboratory at least 15 days before arrival. Otherwise, the money coming month will be paid by the laboratory.

4 ART-2 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE On arrival and departure, tenants must submit to the secretariat of the technical and logistic service, working days and hours of offices: 9h-12h / 14h-17h, to recover or return the keys bedrooms. At the end of the visit, returning the badge and the keys assigned to the resident is required. The arrival of the tenants outside of these hours is possible provided that the technical and logistic service to be notified 48 hours before. In this case the guards of the campus can also deliver the keys to the tenant. The departure of the bedrooms is before 10h00 am. An inventory of the conditions of the room and furniture is made on arrival and departure. All damage will be the tenant. Art-3 SERVICE INCLUDED - Equipped communal kitchen including household device, refrigerator, electric stove and microwave - Cleaning done twice a week by an outside firm - Sheets included - Daily Garbage Disposal - Cleaning products and washing powder provided - WIFI unlimited and secure - Free parking

5 ART-4 RESPONSIBILITIES OF TENANT Each resident is required during this stay to use private and commonplace acts taking responsibilities that are binding upon it by these rules. - Each tenant must respect the scene, damage will be charged to the tenant. This one should have towards other users and campus staff courteous and respectful behavior. - The Administration declines all responsibilities in case of theft or loss, it is recommended to tenants to close their bedroom. - The warehouse of perishable goods in the rooms and the accumulation of dishes in the communal kitchen are prohibited. - Cleaning is included in the price, to facilitate cleaning of areas, we ask to store your personal belongings and put the dirty sheets every 15 days. - It s forbidden to change the layout of your bedroom's furniture - According to Decree n of 15 November 2006 prohibits smoking in places of collective use under penalty. - Outsiders haven t duty to access to the bedrooms. The Bedroom access is exclusive to tenants The disrespect of the rules results in the recovery room by the administration. The director of the laboratory concerned is responsible for the tenant's behavior

6 ART-5 PRICES Prices are reported on: and display in each bedroom. The prices below are the result of a decision of the Regional delegate: CAMPUS OF VILLEJUIF CAMPUS OF THIAIS Single room 15 / day 18 / day Double room 1 pers. 20 / day 18 / day 2 pers. 25 / day 25 / day Studio 20 / day - ART-6 PAYMENT If payment isn t solved by the laboratory, the payment of stay paid by the tenant at the beginning of each stay to the current month and / or the 1st of each month. Payment is made exclusively by bank or postal check payable to the Agent comptable secondaire du CNRS. This must be filed with the technical and logistic service. The days of delays, compared to the arrival will not be deducted from the invoice In case of early departure, there will be no refund of the current month. If canceled within 15 days of arrival of the tenant, living expenses for a room booked in advance and unoccupied are paid by the laboratory applicant to up to 30 billing days In case of unpaid of the tenant, the laboratory must reimburse living expenses. The team of technical service and logistic of the Paris-Villejuif delegation remains at your disposal for any information and wish you a pleasant stay in our campus.
