3 The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA), USDA Rural Development (USDA RD), the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), and the local housing authorities have collaborated to create "Wyoming's Affordable Rental Housing Directory". The Directory is an effort to provide easy access to a single list of affordable rental housing available to Wyoming's households. The WCDA, USDA RD and HUD finance multi-family, senior and special needs housing complexes throughout Wyoming to provide affordable housing opportunities for households with very low, low and moderate incomes. The majority of the units listed in this directory are funded with one or more federal subsidies. Therefore, most of these complexes will have maximum household income limit restrictions as an eligibility requirement. Housing information is listed alphabetically by city. Also included in this publication is information regarding Supportive Housing, Emergency Shelters and Transitional Housing. For specific information and restrictions about the units, such as income limits and availability, please call the local phone number that is provided.
