Vouchers will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 3 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) once the order is confirmed and payment settled. 2. Customer can select voucher delivery service /self-pick up at S.F. stores (S.F. Store Network: Receiver will receive SMS or phone notification from S.F. Express once the voucher is delivered to the service point. Receiver can pick up the voucher at S.F. Stores or Service Centers upon verifying receiver's information and presents SMS notification. Receiver has to pick up the voucher at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. For any delay on delivery, General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. will not responsible for any refund or re-issue of vouchers. In case the vouchers have been returned, HK$50 surcharge will be applied for re-delivery. 3. A confirmation call will be given within 3 working days upon fax received.
