2 Important Information Because the lots at Coral Sands are not traditional building lots most financial institutions will not loan money for the land but because Park Model RVs are recreational vehicles, many financial institutions who make RV loans also include Park Model RVs. In most cases, financing the lot with us and the Park Model through a traditional RV loan at a financial institution will get the best rates. For those who prefer to have one loan, we have created a set of lot/cabin financing packages as detailed in this booklet. Lot buyers at Coral Sands may purchase a park model RV from any manufacturer or dealer. Before placing an order, it must be reviewed by the Coral Sands Property Owner s Association (POA) to ensure it meets exterior and utility component requirements. Failure to do so could result in costly modifications after arrival. This booklet includes POA-approved plans from Athens Park Homes by Champion. These units typically arrive 4-6 weeks from order date. Our financing packages start at 6% for 10 years with 25% down. Better rates are available for higher down payments. Other terms are available for lower down payments. Please ask. We also offer lot/cabin owner-financing packages for your park model selected from another manufacturer or dealer up to $45,000. Terms TBD.
