8 Customer Speak When we were thinking of buying an apartment in the vicinity, L&T promised us that the Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan School will be fully functional by June 2011 and they kept their promise......we are thankful to the L&T team for their great help during the pre-sale period, at the time of registration, for the timely possession and their constant support post-possession....a smooth and hassle-free service...be it in the initial enquiry response I received in Mumbai and Chennai, the door-to-door service rendered to check out the flat, or the efforts of L&T Realty s Marketing Office to patiently and elaborately explain details for the purchase...
