All Utility charges such as Light & Power and water during the entire duration of construction shall be charge to the lessee based on actual consumption Installation of Sub Meter for said utilities shall be for the account of the Lessee. If the foregoing is acceptable to you, please sign on the space provided below to signify your conformity and return a signed copy to us not later than seven (7) days from date receipt, so we can facilitate lease documentation. In the event we do not receive the signed copy within the above period, we shall assume you are no longer interested and shall offer the space to another party.
