The renvatin cmmenced in summer 2018 and will cmplete in May Washingtn Street Renvatin: A cmplete renvatin and mdernizatin f the 5-stry, 75,000 sf building. Internal demlitin began in summer 2017 and finished in Renvatin began in February 2019 and will cmplete in December Cngress Square Develpment (40 Water St., Devnshire St., Cngress St.): A transfrmative 458,300 sq.-ft. redevelpment f the frmer Fidelity-wned blck that includes 92,700 sq.-ft. f new develpment. The fllwing has taken place: FINISHED: the 40 Water Street renvatin (286,400 sq.-ft., 14 flrs). This included the cnstructin f a new glass bx ffice space that was erected n tp f the preexisting building. FINISHED: the Hyatt Centric htel at Devnshire Street (85,700 sq.-ft., 13 flrs, 165 rms). The htel includes a Bar Mercat restaurant at 54 Devnshire Street. The restaurant & htel pened in February UNDER REVIEW: a separate htel, peratr TBA, has been prpsed fr Cngress Street (51,350 sq.-ft., 13 flrs, 116 rms). The prir prpsal called fr a 35-unit residential cmplex; the htel prpsal submitted in January 2019 calls fr a similar cnstructin plan that the residential cmplex did (but a different use).

2 High Street Place (160 Federal St./100 High St.): A 18,500 sq.-ft. fd hall being develped fr the lbby space cnnecting 160 Federal Street and 100 High Street. The fd hall will feature 22 fd vendr stalls/kisks and seating fr 400. It is slated t pen in September Develpment Prpsals Pending Inside The BID: One Brmfield Street Develpment (1 Brmfield St.): Prpsal calls fr a 683-ft, 59-stry mixed-use twer including 30,000 sq.-ft. f retail. The prpsed 419 residential units include 300 apartments (54 f them affrdable) and 119 cnd units. The prject is currently being redesigned fllwing the initial rund f cmmunity review. Apprved Fr Cnstructin Adjacent T The BID: 41 LaGrange Street: Prpsal calls fr a 19-stry, 93,600 sq.-ft. residential twer cmprised f 126 mixedincme apartment units. The mix f residences is set t include studis alng with ne- and tw-bedrm units. 47 LaGrange Street: Prpsal calls fr a 21-stry, 240-ft, 157,000 sq.-ft. residential twer featuring 260 units, including studis, ne-bedrm, and tw-bedrm units. The twer wuld be built n the 8,800 sq.-ft. parking lt that is behind 48 Bylstn St. Under Cnstructin Adjacent T The BID: Emersn Cllege Little Building Renvatin (80 Bylstn St.): This renvatin f the preexisting student drmitry cmplex at 80 Bylstn St. will add an additinal 294 student beds t the current stck f 750 student beds. In additin, renvatins are being made t flrs 2-12 f the building and a new 13 th flr is being cnstructed, t be screened-back behind the preexisting parapet. Cnstructin began in spring 2017 and is slated t cmplete in summer 2019 in time fr students t mve in fr the fall semester. Cmpleted Prjects/Inside The Dwntwn Bstn BID: 2018: One Milk Street Renvatin: Cmplete renvatin f this 6-stry, 36,500 sq.-ft. building launched in Octber 2017 and cmpleted in December 2018.

3 The Exchange At 100 Federal Street: 2017: This 10,000 sq.-ft. transparent glass atrium, lcated n the Cngress Street Plaza side f 100 Federal St., is set t include 6,000 sq.-ft. f retail space and 4,000 sq.-ft. f cmmn area. Cnstructin began in December 2016 and cmpleted in March Winter Street Renvatin: 2016: Cmplete renvatin f this 8-stry, 29,300 sq.-ft. building. Renvatin cmpleted in Octber The Cnrad (6 Hamiltn Pl.): A renvatin f Winter St. int a 27-unit, 29,000-sq.-ft. apartment building.
