2 2 LOCATION The property is located in Meadowbank, a suburb of Edinburgh approximately 1.3 miles to the east of the city centre. Meadowbank, and the subject site, lie on the A1 (London Road) which is a main arterial route in and out of the city centre. 3 3 MEADOWBANK REDEVELOPMENT Meadowbank is currently undergoing large scale redevelopment. There are a number of current and planned residential and mixed use developments within the local area which are changing the local area, introducing a wider mix of uses to create a more vibrant community.
