The highlights are as follow: CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS New contracts awarded New orders intake for the has hit a record high in Hsin Chong history. The total contract sum of the Group s equity share in the new orders awarded for the amounted to approximately HK$14.9 billion, out of which approximately HK$3.6 billion was recorded during the fourth. Outstanding workload With the strong new orders replenishment, our outstanding workload remained at a high level after steady execution. As of, the Group recorded an outstanding workload of approximately HK$18.4 billion. Turnover, the Group recorded a turnover of approximately HK$14.2 billion, out of which approximately HK$3.2 billion was recorded during the fourth. PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES BUSINESS Service contracts on hand As of, the gross floor area under management was approximately 12,200,000 sqm. Turnover, the Group recorded a turnover of approximately HK$755 million. 1
