27 Booking Information BOOKING - To make a provisional booking, have your credit card details handy and simply book online or call the park direct. Alternatively download a Booking Form from our website and send it to your chosen park with your deposit. Please be advised that peak season dates book very quickly, therefore it is advisable to contact the park direct prior to completing your booking form. DEPOSIT per night ( per week) per Caravan/Lodge/Apartment at Surf Bay Holiday Park, Beachside Holiday Park or River Valley Country Park. BALANCE - The outstanding balance for your holiday is due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival, this date is also available to view on your deposit receipt. ADMIN CHARGE - If you wish to make a change to your booking, such as an alteration to the type of accommodation or the date of your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. If we are able to assist you with making your requested amendment, there will be an administration charge of 15 which is non-refundable should you cancel your holiday. ARRIVAL TIME 3.00pm - The park managers will do everything they can to have your accommodation ready for you as early as possible. You are more than welcome to contact the park prior to your arrival if earlier than 3pm, to check whether your accommodation is ready. If you anticipate your arrival being after Reception closing time (5pm), arrangements can be made for key collection, should prior notice be given. DEPARTURE TIME 10.00am - Unless by prior arrangement with the park managers. ACCOMMODATION - You must keep the holiday accommodation and its contents clean and tidy and leave them in the same condition as when you arrived. You must not allow the holiday accommodation to be used for any dangerous, noisy, illegal or immoral activities. You must not cause a nuisance or annoyance to us, our employees or contractors or any other person using our parks. The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home advertised. FLOORPLANS - The caravan & lodge layouts in the brochure are representative and may vary due to different manufacturers style. If this is important to you please check with your chosen park. DOGS - A maximum of two dogs per unit. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off of the Park. PARKING - Only 1 vehicle can be parked next to the pitch. All other vehicles must be parked in accordance with the instructions of the on-site staff. WI-FI - is available throughout the Park at no extra charge details of which are available at reception. Please note that its provision is subject to availability and network conditions. Service may be intermittent and you are advised that it is intended for pleasure and not for business use. Bookings are not accepted if they are wholly reliant on the uninterrupted provision of Wi-Fi. BBQ - Barbeques are permitted but may only be used together with a free stand that is available from Reception. Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before making a booking. Cancellation Policy We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance just in case the unexpected happens. You may cancel your holiday at any time but the closer your cancellation notice is to the start of your booking, the less likely we will be able to re-sell your accommodation. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the booking date of your holiday approaches, in accordance with the table opposite. Admin fees are non-refundable in these circumstances.
