1 Available Property list Any persons looking to rent a property through HOMELETS need to be aware of the following criteria and requirements: All properties are a minimum 6 months tenancy agreement. We require one months rent payable in advance and six weeks deposit, plus our agency fees which equate to one and a half weeks rent per property. This includes drawing up of tenancy agreements, referencing of applicants/guarantor, check in and inventory. There is an additional 35 for the Deposit Protection fee and 45 for check out. We are also members of the Property Redress Scheme. Please note we do NOT charge a renewal fee (like most agencies!) An approved UK property owner as a guarantor and verifiable references. Photographic ID (passport or picture driving licence) and visa where required. All applicants and their guarantors will be subject to credit checks.
