5 AIRPORT TRANSFER PICK UP POINT NOTES TO ALL GUESTS : To let us smoothly and efficiently serve and make necessary arrangement for all guests, may we ask all guests to note the following important guidance 1. Guest should go out from Exit B after clearing customs. 2. Please wear our company s badge/sticker to ensure our representative can identify you. 3. You should be able to find the representative after you have come out from Exit B. The representative will be holding a card board with the Ann s Travel name and logo. 4. Incase you cannot reach the representative at Arrival Hall B pole# 11, please call as soon as possible. Or you can seek support from airport partner Vigor Airport Shuttle Services Limited at counter B01 Central Seat-in-Coach Schedule from Airport & from Hotels : a) Seat-in-Coach Schedule from Airport to Hotels : first coach 0715hrs to last coach 2300hrs b) Seat-in-Coach Schedule from Hotels to Airport : first coach 0630hrs to last coach 2100hrs Remarks: i. Pax who cannot catch the last seat-in-coach (leaving airport at 2300hrs sharp), shall take the responsibility to make their own transport arrangement. ii. The SIC will stop at most hotels.
