Absorption and Leasing Activity > Industrial demand was positive 569,7 for the quarter. > Sales and leasing activity totaled 2,123,4 this quarter. This was broken out into 15 sales (554,2 ) and 43 leases (1,569,2 ). > Forecast: Future quarters will likely see more net absorption as new, larger buildings under construction come to market.
