The Office of Housing and Residential Life (OHRL) at Pace University is dedicated to: Creating a Safe Living Environment 24 Hour Security RA s & Professional Staff on Call Maintaining Policies & Regulations through the Student Conduct Process Encouraging Learning and Growth Supporting Academics Values Advocating Interpersonal Development Encouraging Engagement Direct Lines of Contact: Resident Assistant (1 per Floor) Develop Community Provide Support & Referrals Community Coordinator (1 per building) Professional Staff Member Directly oversight of their residence hall & RA staff members

3 OUR BUILDINGS INCLUDE All Residence Hall Rooms are Equipped with Desk with chair (one per resident) One twin bed (one per resident) Dresser or under-bed storage Armoire or closet access Internet access Cable TV access Air condition/heat unit

8 TEMPORARY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS Temporary Space Options Maria s Tower- Temporary Triple Spaces*** 182 Broadway & 33 Beekman- Temporary Quad Spaces Students in Temporary Spaces are volunteers, or those who were among the latest to apply for housing Students who move in to a Temporary Space receive a reduction of their fall semester rent in the amount of $800 If students have not been offered a permanent space by October 31 st they will receive another $800 reduction All students will be offered a permanent solution by the start of the spring semester In all Temporary Spaces were placed by the 3 rd week of school ***TEMP TRIPLES should not be confused with PERMANENT triples that are offered in 182 Broadway and our other buildings***

14 PROGRAMMING & LIVING COMMUNITIES We offer 3 living experiences for students to choose from: Traditional Floors Theme Floors (Interest Based) Living Learning Communities (Academic Based with Dyson & Honors Colleges) Colleges) Placement and participation in our Theme & Academic Based Based Floors is voluntary and open to all majors, with the exception exception for the Dyson & Honors Floors If interested please visit our Housing website for more information.

15 NEW STUDENT PLACEMENTS May 1 st is the deadline for guaranteed on campus housing Placements are made based on the date that we receive all completed housing applications & deposits Honors Students Dyson & Theme Floors Pairs & Trios All Other Students Placement in a specific building or room type is not guaranteed.
