THE GUARANTEED rate of return is 6% per annum Having signed the preliminary agreement, the customer must sign a LEASE AGREEMENT with Collegia Sp. z o.o., which will operate the facilities. additional The Lease Agreement (for a SPECIFIC APARTMENT) PROFIT is signed for earned is subject to a 50/50 distribution 10years + 5-year extension FINANCIAL ASSUMPTIONS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR, rooms will be rented for PLN , depending on size.
