5 Port Isaac Boscastle LOCATION The picture postcard village of Boscastle is 2 miles from The Old Rectory and is one of the most renowned and desirable coastal locations on the entire north Cornwall coast. The surrounding area offers some of the counties most dramatic and rugged coastal scenery as well as mile upon mile of amazing walks along this spectacular stretch of the South West Coast Path. The intriguing and historic village of Tintagel, with its world famous Castle is approximately 2 miles, whilst a journey of 5 miles to the north will bring you to the superb sandy beach at Crackington Haven. Further up the coast is Widemouth Bay, perfect for a day of surfing or relaxing in a beach cafe. Golfers are also spoilt, with some excellent courses nearby, including Bowood Park, Bude, Launceston and St Enodoc. The North Coast of Cornwall is a renowned haven for foodies, with many excellent pubs, restaurants and cafes within easy access of The Old Rectory. Just along the coast are a number of renowned restaurants.
