The effect of the application is to create a new lot having frontage on Marysfield Drive, proposing a lot width of approximately metres (94.95 feet), a depth of approximately metres ( feet) and an Page 1 of 8
2 area of approximately 0.43 hectares (1.06 acres). It is proposed that the new lot be used for future residential purposes (one single detached dwelling). Related Minor Variances A & A (2) B MONICA BHARDWAJ LOT 13, PLAN MARYSFIELD DRIVE The purpose of the application is to request the consent of the Committee of Adjustment to sever a parcel of land currently having a total area of approximately 0.79 hectares (1.95 acres). The effect of the application is to create a new lot having frontage on Marysfield Drive of approximately metres ( feet), a depth of approximately metres ( feet) and an area of approximately hectares (0.98 acres). It is proposed that the new lot be used for future residential purposes (one single detached dwelling). Related Minor Variances A & A (3) B BRAMPTON BRAMALEA PT. LOT 17, CONC. 5 EHS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP INC & BRAMALEA ROAD WARD 9 The purpose of the application is to request consent of the Committee of Adjustment to sever a parcel of land currently having a total area of approximately 4.0 hectares (9.88 acres), together with any easements deemed necessary or required. The proposed severed lot has frontage on Bramalea Road of approximately 60 metres ( feet), a depth of approximately 89 metres (292 feet) and an area of approximately 0.5 hectares (1.24 acres). It is proposed that the new lot be used for residential purposes (six storey apartment building). (4) NEW MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATIONS A ABINASH BAINS AND DAVINDER BAINS LOT 28, PLAN 43M CROCKER DRIVE The applicants are requesting the following variances: 1. To permit an existing driveway having a depth of 4.78m (15.68 ft.) whereas the by-law requires a minimum driveway depth of 5.4m (17.72 ft.); Page 2 of 8
3 2. To permit 0.34m (1.12 ft.) of permeable landscaping adjacent to a side lot line whereas the bylaw requires a minimum of 0.6m (1.97 ft.) of permeable landscaping adjacent to the side lot line; 3. To permit an accessory structure (gazebo) having a setback of 0.0m whereas the by-law requires a minimum setback of 0.6m (1.97 ft.). (5) A BOUTIN HOLDINGS LIMITED PT. LOT 7, CONC. 1 WHS 100 RAILROAD STREET WARD 1 The applicant is requesting the following variances: (6) 1. To permit an industrial use involving the storage of goods (trucks and truck trailers) in the open together with an accessory office whereas the by-law does not permit the use; 2. To permit an interior side yard setback of 1.2m (3.94 ft.) whereas the by-law requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 4.0m (13.12 ft.); 3. To permit a fence in the front yard whereas the by-law does not permit fencing in the front yard; 4. To permit a 0.63m (2.07 ft.) wide landscape open space strip abutting a street whereas the bylaw requires a minimum 3.0m (9.84 ft.) wide landscape open space strip to be provided along any lot line abutting a street, except at approved driveway locations. To permit an interior side yard setback of 1.18m (3.87 ft.) to an above grade door whereas the bylaw requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 1.2m (3.94 ft.) Page 3 of 8

To permit a rear yard setback of 3.48m (11.42 ft.) to a proposed addition (single storey) whereas the by-law requires a minimum rear yard setback of 7.5m (24.60 ft.). A GOLDBRITE TRADING CO. LTD. LOT 630, PLAN RAMBLER DRIVE, UNIT 10 WARD 3 The applicant is requesting the following variance: 1. To permit a Private School to operate from Unit 10, (proposing a maximum gross floor area of square metres (1,350 square feet)) whereas the by-law does not permit a Private School. Note: Approval was granted under application A to permit a Private School limiting the gross floor area to square metres (1,100 square feet). (9) A EUGENE CALCIU AND NORA VENEHEVA PT. BLK. B, PLAN 950 PT. 45, 45A, 455, PLAN 43R HUNTINGWOOD CRES WARD 7 The applicants are requesting the following variances: 1. To permit a trailer to be stored in the front yard (driveway) whereas the by-law does not permit trailers in the front yard, including the part of the driveway therein; 2. To permit an existing driveway width of 6.93m (22.74 ft.) whereas the by-law permits a maximum driveway width of 6.71m (22 ft.); Page 4 of 8

To permit an addition to a detached garage of sq. m ( sq. ft.), resulting in a detached garage having a total gross floor area of 60.0 sq. m ( sq. ft.), whereas the by-law permits a detached garage to a maximum size of 48 sq. m ( sq. ft.).
