Whether you re after a stand alone studio for some peace and quiet or a cluster flat to share with your mates, Stepney Yard has all your needs covered. VISIT to choose your room! We can offer flexible tenancy options including 43, 47 or 51 week contracts. There are absolutely no reservation fees at Stepney Yard. All we require is a non-refundable holding deposit which will become your damage deposit on commencement of your tenancy. This holding deposit is 300 with a UK-based guarantor and 500 without a UK-based guarantor. If you have a guarantor, your payment terms are able to be more flexible. A guarantor needs to be someone in full-time employment based in the UK. Your guarantor could be a member of your family or close friend who will be able to pay your rent in case you can t.
