BLK. 88, PLAN 43M RIVERMONT ROAD WARD 6 The purpose of the application is to request the consent of the Committee of Adjustment to sever a parcel of land currently having a total area of approximately 1.09 hectares (2.69 acres), together with access and watermain easements in favour of the proposed retained parcel, and any other easements deemed necessary and required. The effect of the application is to create a new lot having frontage of approximately 55.7 metres ( feet); a depth of approximately 83 metres ( feet) and an Page 1 of 6

2 area of approximately 0.51 hectares (1.26 acres). It is proposed that the new lot be developed in the future with a gas bar and car wash. (2) NEW MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATIONS A DDL PROPERTY HOLDINGS INC. PT. LOT 3, CONC. 2 EHS 75 STAFFORD DRIVE WARD 3 The applicant is requesting the following variance: 1. To permit motor vehicle sales and associated office use whereas the by-law does not permit the proposed use. Note: Approval was granted under Application A to permit motor vehicle sales as an accessory use to motor vehicle repair. (3) A SHANE SMITH AND RANESE SMITH PT. LOT 59, PLAN M-1114, PTS. 22, 23, 24, PLAN 43R ELK STREET The applicants are requesting the following variances: 1. To permit a portion of one of the required parking spots serving a two unit dwelling to have a parking space depth of 4.84m (15.88 ft.) inside the garage whereas the by-law requires a minimum parking space depth of 5.4m (17.72 ft.); 2. To permit an existing accessory structure (shed) having a setback of 0.3m (0.98 ft.) to the rear and side lot lines whereas the by-law requires a minimum setback of 0.6m (1.97 ft.) to all lot lines Page 2 of 6

To permit an existing below grade entrance in the required interior side yard whereas the by-law does not permit a below grade entrance in the required interior side yard; 2. To permit an existing below grade entrance in the required interior side yard having a setback of 0.63m (2.06 ft.) whereas the by-law requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 1.2m (3.94 ft.) on one side and 0.9m (2.95 ft.) on the other side. 3. To permit an existing above grade entrance in the interior side yard with steps having a setback of 0.76m (2.50 ft.) to the interior side lot line whereas the by-law permits an above grade entrance in the interior side yard provided that any steps or landings maintain a setback of 0.9m (2.95 ft.) to the interior side lot line (or the distance of the required interior side yard setback, whichever is lesser); 4. To permit an existing driveway width of 7.3m (23.95 ft.) whereas the by-law permits a maximum driveway width of 6.71m (22 ft.). A SUKHVINDER SINGH, VARINDER SINGH PT. LOT 20, PLAN M-1091, BALVINDER SINGH, MANJIT BOLA PTS. 58, 62, PLAN 43R CRANBERRY CRESCENT WARD 4 The applicants are requesting the following variances: 1. To permit a below grade entrance in an interior side yard whereas the by-law does not permit a below grade entrance in an interior side yard; 2. To permit an interior side yard setback of 0.0m to the exterior stairway leading to a below grade entrance whereas the by-law requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 1.2m (3.94 ft.); 3. To permit 0.0m of permeable landscaping adjacent to the side property line whereas the by-law requires a minimum of 0.6m (1.97 ft.) of permeable landscaping adjacent to the side property line; Page 3 of 6

4 4. To permit a driveway width of 8.03m (26.35 ft.) whereas the by-law permits a maximum driveway width of 6.71m (22 ft.). (6) A ELI DELMORE TANNIS AND PT. LOT 35, PLAN M-73 INGRID DESHONG-TANNIS PT. 4, PLAN 43R MANITOU CRESCENT WARD 7 The applicants are requesting the following variance: (7) 1. To permit lot coverage of 39.4% whereas the by-law permits a maximum lot coverage of 33.3% for a semi-detached dwelling. A ONTARIO INC. PT. OF LOT 5, CONC. 7 ND 0 AUCTION LANE WARD 8 1. To permit 415 parking spaces on site whereas the by-law requires a minimum of 631 parking spaces; 2. To permit a maximum building height of 6 storeys (25.0m) for a proposed Motel whereas the by-law permits a maximum building height of 3 storeys; 3. To permit a maximum building height of 4 storeys (17.0m) for an above grade parking structure whereas the by-law permits a maximum building height of 3 storeys; 4. To permit a minimum interior side yard setback of 0.0m to a proposed Hydro Transformer whereas the by-law requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 6.0m (19.68 ft.); 5. To permit a maximum lot coverage of 45% whereas the by-law permits a maximum lot coverage of 35%; 6. To permit an interior side yard setback of 0.0m to a proposed Garbage and Refuge Storage Enclosure whereas the by-law requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 6.0m (19.68 ft.) Page 4 of 6

LOT 11, CONC. 5 EHS 945 PETER ROBERTSON BOULEVARD, UNIT 1 The applicant is proposing to operate a restaurant (a permitted use) from Unit 1 and is requesting the following variance: 1. To provide 58 parking spaces on site whereas the by-law requires a minimum of 70 parking spaces on site to accommodate the proposed restaurant. (9) A HOLLAND CHRISTIAN HOMES INC. PT. OF LOT 15, CONC. 2 WHS 7900 MCLAUGHLIN ROAD WARD 4 (10) 1. To permit 40% of the lot to be landscaped open space whereas the by-law requires a minimum 50% of the lot area to be maintained as landscaped open space; (Note: Approval was granted under application A for 41.98%); 2. To permit a combined total of 280 nursing home beds within Buildings 5 and 7 whereas the bylaw permits a maximum of 120 nursing home beds; (Note: Approval was granted under application A for 128 nursing home beds within Building 7). A KYLE AND EMILY PULIS LOT 113, PLAN PINE TREE CRESCENT WARD 3 The applicants are proposing construction of a new two storey detached dwelling and are requesting the following variances: 1. To permit a southerly interior side yard setback of 1.8m (5.91 ft.) and a northerly interior side yard setback of 1.77m (5.81 ft.) whereas the by-law requires a minimum interior side yard setback of 2.8m (9.19 ft.); Page 5 of 6
