The first floor addition includes a new kitchen with large wood-topped island and access to a new family room. The 2nd story addition included a new master suite; master bedroom, walk-in-closet and master bath with custom tile shower and water closet. Only the first floor of the addition will be on the tour.

Upper Arlington Project by Collamore Built Residential Design & Construction Description: This first floor remodel required removal of all load bearing walls in the rear of the house and relocation of plumbing from three second floor bathrooms to create an expanded kitchen, family room and mudroom. A new half bath and laundry were also added. New stair rails were installed and reconfigured the dining room.
